DOUBLECYTE-N – DUAL-LUMEN NEEDLE FOR OOCYTE RETRIEVAL AND FOLLICULAR FLUSHING

Double-lumen needle with two ends. One end is used for aspirating oocytes (6), the other for follicular lavage (4).

The item consists of:

    an echogenic tip with an atraumatic bevel (1)
    an internal needle channel (2) with a 100 cm long blue aspiration tube (6) for aspirating the oocytes   

    a medical cap made of thermoplastic rubber (7), which connects to the collection container
    a Y-connector (3) (with 2 universal connectors), which also serves as a handle and connects the needle to the suction and flushing tubes

    a 100 cm long transparent tube (4) with an end valve (5) for follicular irrigation (irrigation takes place through the outer lumen of the needle)
    a tubing clamp (10) for regulating the follicular suction force
    An 80 cm extension tube with a Luer-Lock end for connection to the suction pump (8)
    The kit also includes a universal adapter (9) for various connections
