SPECI-GARD®

SPECI-GARD® is a brand designating a single product, but also a full range of polyethylene bags, of single and double pockets, designed to meet the new safety standards required in the transport of biological samples.

The diversity of formats offered can meet the requirements of analytical laboratories, blood banks, emergency services or operating theatres.

SPECI-GARD® bag remains permanently closed and assures the sample remains intact whatever its mode of transport. It guarantees a perfect seal. Simple to use, it has an instant adhesive closure and a quick and easy opening.

It is compliant to transport samples of biological materials that are category B (UN3373) by road (ADR) as a second sealed package.

 

SPECI-BAG

SPECI-BAG bag is used internally in the hospital and externally as secondary packaging for the transport of category B biological materials  (UN3373), in accordance with European and international standards and guidelines for the transport of infectious substances , ADR2013 / P650 - WHO / HSE / DGC / 2012.12 - ISO 15189).

SPECI-GARD® bag remains permanently closed and assures the sample remains intact whatever its mode of transport. It guarantees a perfect seal. Simple to use, it has an instant adhesive closure and a quick and easy opening.

SPECI-BAG HP 95 kPa

Bag with double pocket, waterproof, resistant to a differential pressure of 95 kPa and dry ice, can withstand temperatures of -40°C to +55°C.

Closure with extra-strong and permanent adhesive tape, with an easy and fast opening. Approved as combination packaging as directed in P650 and P620.

Regulatory marking and instructions printed on the bag containing the request for examination. May be provided with an absorbent carrier.
Available formats: A5, A4, A3.

BIO-POUCH 95 kPa

Soft secondary packaging, simple pocket bag, waterproof, resistant to a differential pressure of 95 kPa, compatible with dry ice (-80°C), and able to withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +55°C.

Double secure closure (zip and adhesive), inviolable, easy to use. Approved as combination packaging as directed in P650 and P620.

MULTIBOX

The waterproof and rigid boxes are used as secondary packaging for road transport of category B   (UN3373) biological substances at room temperature, chilled or frozen. Simple, robust and practical for transporting specimens on racks or bags, and cross-site transfer through tubing resistant to a pressure of 95 kPa.

Compatible with freezer, machine washable, withstanding temperatures from - 40°C to +110°C.


Volumes available: 2.4 L, 3.5 L and 7.8 L. Optional: foam rack.

The MULTIBOX meets the European and international standards and guidelines for the transport of infectious substances (ADR2013 / P650 - WHO / HSE / DGC / 2012.12).

SCREW CONTAINER

Screw container equipped with a cylindrical foam pad adapted to transport Petri dishes, jars, tubes, swabs and vials. Waterproof, resistant to a differential pressure of 95 kPa.

ONE-PAK is composed of:  

• A tertiary packaging of paperboard rigid protection with an integrated locking system.
• A secondary waterproof screw container, resistant to the differential pressure of 95 kPa, provided with an absorbent carrier.
• An appropriate calibration.

D-PAK

Complete packaging kit for the transport of biological materials samples of category B (UN3373).

Simple and economical, the D-PAK range enables transport at room temperature of tubes, Petri dishes, swabs, jars and bottles of samples of biological material of category B (UN3373). 

D-PAK is composed of:

• A tertiary packaging of rigid protection with an integrated locking system.
• A waterproof secondary packaging that is flexible, with a double pocket, resistant to a differential pressure of 95 kPa.

Complete packaging kit for the transport or shipping (up to 60 samples), of biological Materials of category B (UN3373) in one package, at room temperature, chilled or frozen. Enables the transport of tubes, Petri dishes, swabs, small pots and sampling vials.

UNI-PAK is composed of: 

• An external packaging of paperboard rigid protection with an integrated locking system.

LAB-BOX

The LAB-BOX bag is used internal to the hospital and externally as outer packaging for the transport of samples of biological material of category B (UN3373), in accordance with European and international standards and guidelines for the transport of infectious substances (ADR2013 / P650 - WHO / HSE / DGC / 2012.12 - ISO 15189).

Conservation of samples for up to 6 hours which is temperature-controlled.

MED-BOX

The MED-BOX sample case is designed specifically for nurses and persons performing the sampling. It is designed to meet the requirements of home sampling, in accordance with European standards and guidelines for the transport of infectious substances. (ADR2013 / P650 - WHO / HSE / DGC / 2012.12 - ISO 15189).

Conservation of samples up to 6 hours at a controlled temperature.

Reinforced guide dual zipper for easy opening and closing.

FREETECH

Box that is isothermal, rigid, light and robust for transport under controlled temperature of biological materials of category B (UN3373).

 

Passive cold qualified solutions, polyethylene coating, insulation by injected polyurethane foam for an excellent insulating capacity. Can be padlocked, with eutectic plate holder, easy to clean.

Different configurations are available according to your needs in temperature (-20 to +37°C) and duration of transport.
